this indicator angle of t3 helps filter sideways and useful in trend too.
no doubt mladen is great coder. thank you to mladen for sharing many great indicators.
What settings do you use, I think both indicators are not as flexible like adaptive indicators like kaufman

Advanced Kaufman AMA 2.01.mq4

Advanced Kaufman AMA 1.01 [jurik adapt alarms].png

t3 settings=20 helps catch intermediate retracement swings in on going trend.
advanced kaufman ama catch the trend but entry and exit is bit late and intermediate retracements that are entry points in direction of trend are also missed.

i think step oma of mladen is far better indicator then this two indicator of mine and yours.
step oma is better especially if used with your atr band settings with its centerline as filter. what is your experience of step oma of mladen.

Oma Is just "One More Average" and step makes horizontal lines, but I prefer attached StepMa. What are your settings? Older StepMa like 7.2 repaint, they show different values if you change the value of bars printed in mt4 options. I did not find best values for kaufman, but some use this:
20 on heikin weighted 2 30 2 1 20, but we may ask mntiwana for his settings. Maybe we split the topics to the corresponding threads.
