MT4 Indicator requests and ideas

Hello,

is it possible to code an indicator which colors the bars in the trend direction of the turtle channel and creates a signal candle if the following conditions are met:
A sell signal: trend is down and the market makes a pullback while RSI is overbought and after the Turtle channel is straight and the RSI enters oversold.

Vice versa with a buy signal.

The settings of the Indicator should be adjustbale for the channel and the RSI settings.

RSI basic setting is 2
