Inside Job is a 2010 American documentary film, directed by Charles Ferguson, about the late-2000s financial crisis.
The documentary is split into five parts. It begins by examining how Iceland was highly deregulated in 2000 and the privatization of its banks. When Lehman Brothers went bankrupt and AIG collapsed, Iceland and the rest of the world went into a global recession. At the Federal Reserve annual Jackson Hole conference in 2005, Raghuram Rajan, then the chief economist of IMF warned about the growing risks in the financial system and proposed policies that would reduce such risks. Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers called the warnings "misguided" and Rajan himself a "luddite". However, following the 2008 economic crisis, Rajan's views came to be seen as prescient and he was extensively interviewed for this movie.

• all of you want to experience consistent results in trading, one of the major obstacles in trying to accomplish is in the area of trade execution.

• To produce a consistent income a trader has to be able to execute the trades without any errors or mistake. In other word trading without Hesitation or Internal conflict.

• Basically all of the errors we are susceptible to are result of a lack of confident or more specifically trading with fears.

• There are very sophisticated psychological skills that you have to acquired to get a positive slope equity curve.

• Everything you could do wrong as a trader is going to be the result of what you afraid of and the affects that fear has on your perception of market information.

• Trading without fear is a Psychological skill.

• One on the principal concepts that you`ll have to adopt to become "consistently successful trader" and what the Pros have adopted and the reason of why they can do what they do is because they have learnt not just learned but believed that they do not have to knows whats going to happen next to make money. and they dont even think of it in those terms
