I don't think folder name matters, I put folder name XRAD-TFI and XARD TDI for template

It does matter because the template loads/searches for the indicator in a specific location and if it is not there it doesnt load the indicator.
So you have a folder named "XARD-TDI" on mt4 indicators folder and the indicators inside?
