I have a question,
I never manage to place my SL correctly, either too short or too far, do you have a method? maybe with the ATS liquidity line?
SL is generally individualistic. Some traders prefer very tight SL's others much further away. So unfortunately, I cannot tell you exactly where to put it. It really depends on how much you are preferred to risk on the trade.

Test various SL positions on demo first using the X-Gen system and see which you prefer ;) I personally like to set it 20 - 30 pips. If I get taken out then rather than think about increasing my SL I review my entry conditions. Also been aware of time, market structure, higher timeframe bias will assist you in making that decision.

I apologize if you stated this already. I am curious as to when you will be uploading the heiken kuskus line?
Kvak released it already in one of the threads. However, here it is for those that missed it.

Yes, you could but it would be counter-trend trading. ALWAYS review the higher TFs. If you look at the H4 and D1 you will see that the bias is short!!

So this move up would be short. In addition, it is Friday, and just because they have exceeded their MWR does NOT mean that they'll be going back up with a big move. Dealers like to trap traders on a Friday and over the weekend and then gap them out on Monday. If possible don't hold trades over to the following week UNLESS you are substantially in profit already!

Pity that TDI is often too late to match perfect reentry points by XU histo.
Hi Siedonai,

Thanks for sharing the Minichart indicator and your feedback as to how you trade. Yeah, on the higher TF's the TDI will be later as it is a lagging indicator. There is always a trade-off.

You can, however, test different settings for the RSI in the TDI.

1) 21 - Steve Mauro's setting in his BTMM trading strategy

2) 13 - Dean Malone's original setting

3) maybe even try lower settings like 5 or 7 to see how it reacts and if it suits your trading style and strategy

However, as traders become more experienced and proficient at reading the price action they'll start to get even better entries.

Keep the comments and feedback coming. We'll all learn and improve together!
