I used to see them around but dont anymore and the ones I have do not work.

Haven't you ever heard about the script PeriodConverter (available by default in MT4)?
You can also use it as an EA.

Hi Society,

I have been using this one for years and it's still working. You have to leave open the base chart (like 1 hour) where the indicator is applied. Change the period multiplier as you wish (8 in case you want an 8 hour chart) enable dll and open the offline chart. Do not close the 1 hour chart until it is not closed it will keep working.

Only ex file I don't have the mql code.
