This is my template sorry for the delay.. you could use 5M TF with VWAP and 200MA(Not Always Important). the rest of the system fallows Xard's Guidelines which is cross of the trend line (16MA..High, Low and Close) and the second dot plus subsequent dots in the same direction.

Try restarting MT4 then apply the Template. Also, open the navigator to confirm that the new indicators are actually in the indicators folder correctly.

Can anyone tell me what is this White Line indicator?
I presume its VWAP , can anybody send me a link for this indicator on its own regardless?
