I will give out another good clue for people who are struggling.

I use XARD and my setting on the futures data feed too.

It offers me very good clues. There is always some price difference between cash and futures.

One must understand and ask the question : Where will we find more algo trading? More institutions trading ?

I always keep an eye on futures chart too. Do some home work and investigate on this.

I won't spoon feed.
