Hey bud, worked for me. The email he provided has a missing letter. Make sure the @ gmail. com is correct. It is missing the "c" in .com

Just right click 🖱 on your chart and click on indicator list, then select Authorization indicator and click on Edit, see if the email and the code is there, if not, copy them and paste them in the right place, and tell me how it is after done that.

No signal line and trend line (MA) crossover upward.

Copy the STM indicators to your mt4 indicators folder, and copy its template to the template folder.
Load the STM template first, and then open another chart, now load the RicoFX-XARD template, it should work fine. You can close the STM template chart and its indicators that we don't use.

You don't need it if the template is successfully loaded and look fine.
If not... Check my latest posts and find solution to the problem. If that helps or not, let me know.
