If I understood XARD correctly, then point 1 is the beginning of the trend, we are waiting for a rollback to point 2 and from it we enter into an agreement. Now rollback from the bottom point - it may be worth waiting for the point to appear from above.

I look for price bounce more close to the trend MA, When price is away of trend line can reverse in any time.

I use it exactly as per system process as per Xaard. But at times use 15 minute lines on 5 minute chart. Nasdaq same as Dow Jones so no issue
