Simple answer?
It was clear that - on a lower TF (M5/M15) - Dow was in a downtrend (price action and your MAs told you so).
If you don't trust your judgment more than your repainter, don't use repainters.
The rules only apply when the repainter doesn't repaint. You only know that afterwards, of course.
Don't trust signals more than your common sense.

Can someone pls help with the following.
I'm looking for an indicator, or maybe some reading on the XARD software that can help in determining which market has enough thrust/momentum?
What I mean is, once one enters a trade, is it possible to trade a market that will move with consistency in the intended direction?
Is it in any way possible to have an indicator or a reading that can help stay clear from markets that will move sideways or be flat before it really starts to move?

can someone also help in the download link for the attached screenshot?
