Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well and achieving your best results!

On my side, I experienced a significant loss today, but it was a calculated risk, so no surprises there. My usual mistake is entering a trend too late, often when it's nearing its end. I'm working hard to improve on this. :problem:

Today, I'd like to know how you integrate the "Cycle" indicator into your system.
How is it useful to you, how do you use it, and in what situations? I hope my question is clear.

I've highlighted the indicator with a red square on the image.

If I'm not mistaken, it's a colored histogram that reflects the candles.

I'm particularly interested in this topic since XARD recently shared a post about cycles in life, trading, and spirituality, which I found fascinating and am trying to incorporate into my daily routine.

Wishing you all a great day! <3

XARD: Incorporating the theme of cycles into your daily routine, especially in the contexts of life, trading, and spirituality, can indeed be quite captivating and beneficial for several reasons:

Life Cycles: Understanding life as a series of cycles can help manage expectations and personal growth. Each phase of life, from the innocence of childhood to the reflective years of old age, comes with its lessons and opportunities. As Rudolf Steiner (https://www.gutenberg.org/cache/epub/55 ... mages.html) and various traditional societies suggest, recognizing these stages can lead to greater self-awareness and individuation. You might start your day with a reflection on where you are in your life cycle, what this stage offers, and what you might be transitioning towards.

Trading Cycles: The financial markets reflect life in their cyclical nature - bull and bear markets, expansion and recession. Ebb and Flow, I talked about that in a previous post not so long ago. This understanding can inform your trading strategy:

Morning Review: Begin with a market analysis, recognizing where we might be in a market cycle, which can dictate whether it's a time for risk-taking or caution.
Mindfulness in Trading: Incorporating spirituality, like meditation, could help in maintaining a clear head, crucial for trading. Perhaps a few minutes of meditation before the market opens could be your routine, focusing on the balance between strategy, risk management, and psychological well-being. Or simply read the WSJ newspaper while having a coffee will do the same thing as it will take your mind of things for a brief while prior to trading.

Spiritual Cycles: Spirituality often deals with cycles of awakening, growth, and introspection. Here's how you might integrate this:

Daily Meditation or Prayer: this practice can lead to increased synchronicity and a feeling of life being dream-like, possibly enhancing your intuitive capabilities in life and trading.
Learning and Reflection: End your day with reading or listening to spiritual or philosophical content. This could be anything from Deepak Chopra's insights on non-linear spiritual development to exploring the Buddhist concept of Saṃsāra, understanding life's suffering and rebirth cycles.

Or, if you are like me, my form of mindfulness is to close down my computer after day trading and go to my local hotel which has a really nice swimming pool and do a few laps and lay back in the jacuzzi and just take it easy. Get showered and see what is on the chef's special for today. A different kind of spirituality but works equally as good. https://www.village-hotels.co.uk/glasgow#gym

General Integration:

Journaling: Keep a journal where you note down insights from your spiritual readings, market behaviors, and personal life events. Over time, this can help you see patterns or cycles that aren't immediately obvious. Where did I mess up, why did I lose those Pip$. Did I forget to zoom out and look at the bigger picture from 5min to 30min or even 4hr TF. Sometimes a simple trick like that can make a big difference.

Physical Exercise: Just as markets and spiritual journeys have their highs and lows, physical activity can mirror this. Yoga, for example, embodies the cycle of tension and release, which could be symbolic and therapeutic. Or twenty lengths in the pool will do the trick.

Community Engagement: Share and discuss these ideas. Like the posts on here where users engage with these concepts/knowledge.

By weaving these elements into your daily life, you're not just living through these cycles but engaging with them actively and mindfully. This approach might not only enhance your spiritual and emotional well-being but could potentially lead to more enlightened trading decisions, where you're not just reacting to the markets but dancing with its rhythms. Remember, though, as with all cycles, flexibility is key—sometimes you lead, sometimes you follow. See enclosed book below.

Beautiful. It makes so easy to play the asian range breakout using the 4H as trend confirmation.

Thanks boss, probably the best one I saw so far ;)

Hello xard777,

Thank you for the latest update, is simply amazing, and of course bring back the painel1 present on version XU-v002 :)
Very clean charts, and super easy to understand the logic behind. Have a wonderful day to you and all the members.

XARD: If I had a gallery, I'd hang that chart right next to the Mona Lisa, just to see her smile twitch with a hint of jealousy. But let's be real, if I had a personal gallery, it would be filled with memes, abstract art that looks suspiciously like error 404 pages. And right at the center, a digital frame cycling through images generated by these charts – because why settle for one masterpiece when you can have an infinite loop of them? May the PipS keep coming bro.
