My recommendation for your situation, do not open anything. Only mark the positions based on your knowledge have in this moment and write notes on the chart. It helps a lot to you in the right moment.
This tip prevents you from situation of stress and give to you more energy and focus.

I made a "what if" setup for today on Gold using @Curioso image on this post:

I think this is correct but not a setup because:
Price is above "Daily Open Line" and we don't have a "Second Dot"
