What confuses people I think is sometimes price will go in against you after 2nd dot. Use the 4 level ZZ rules - if you enter on 2nd dot which is a one semaphore, and you encounter a 2 semaphore that is against the direction of your trend, especially in a flat market, then get out, and re-enter again at the first 2 semaphore dot that is in direction of trend. Also white 2 semaphores always exit and re-enter on first white semaphore in trend. Just an opinion. If you can improve by giving indicators that tells us when not to exit when we entered on a 1 semaphore and then have a 2 semaphore against our entry, please let me know. . By the way, really like the semaphore version you used here. It must all be circles !!! )))))).
