I think this video may explain a lot of this system for people still having problems, i did help me a lot to better understand what is going on.

XARD: US2000 was the same today, you could have taking a similar trade down.
However, giving a choice I like to trade off the second dot when one is available.
Gold had such a second dot so in I went and it paid out in cherries.
