If you have a smartwatch or a smart band (I have a xiaomi mi band 6) turn on notifications from MT4.
If you don't have it, download MT4 on your phone, log in to your account and leave it installed on the phone.

Activate the Push Notifications in the Metatrader on the computer or laptop. And get to do what you want (Read a book, clean your house, wash your car or bike,
play with your childs, give some attention to your wife or husband , jump with the dog a little, do some gardening or watch some porn and rub the knob to have some cardio ! It's up to you...)

When the signal comes out, it will come out on your watch, band or phone.
