Story in the WP but something's not right.
Washington Post: Britain prepares to send long-range missiles to Ukraine Information about this appeared in the procurement notices posted by the International Fund for Support of Ukraine.
Nothing in the UK press, UK talked about this about a year ago but quickly changed their mind when realised that if Russia detected long-range missiles crossing their border they would automatically launch a nuclear response.
Meanwhile the EU (same as the UK) is run by idiots.
The EU will redirect €1.7 billion intended for the construction of roads and other infrastructure in poor EU countries to the production of ammunition for Ukraine.
Bit late now to start to consider increasing production, the war is nearly over and the acute problem is that the ammo is not there to buy, it's all been used up, same as Ukrainian men of fighting age. The west have run out and did not significantly increase production, Russia, on the other hand did.
Ammunition production in the Russian Federation has increased 50 times since February 2022, and the Russian state company "Rosteh" works 24 hours a day, seven days a week for these needs.
In addition, the production of Kinzhal hypersonic ballistic missiles and all types of helicopters has increased.
