Looking death into the eye

Details of the Il-76 plane crash in the Belgorod region are given State Duma deputy Kartapolov:
The leadership of Ukraine was well aware of the upcoming exchange, knew perfectly well how prisoners of war would be delivered.
The IL-76 was "shot down by three Patriot or IRIS-T missiles."
Another Il-76 with 80 prisoners on board was flying next, it was turned around.

I'm not too worried about an unofficial list of some of those supposedly on board.vvFish wrote: Thu Jan 25, 2024 7:37 pm

17 people from the "list" of propagandists with the names of our prisoners, who were supposedly on IL-76, coincide with the list of exchange on January 3.
A little general "volunteer" efforts of the public and no magic, or millions from the budget for state media to resist Russian disinformation.

Are you saying that an aircraft transporting some Ukrainian POWs wasn't shot down by Ukrainian forces while travelling to a pre-arranged prisoner exchange? Because I'm pretty sure it was.
How do you know?vvFish wrote: Thu Jan 25, 2024 8:31 pm
I want to tell you that there were no prisoners on that plane at all.
Three bodies were found at the crash site.
Eer, the crash site is in Russia not Ukraine, I really really wouldn't trust Ukrainian intel on that given the timeline progression of ever changing stories released by the Ukrainians. From the moment of the firing of the missiles (jubilation of success) to the present (blaming Russia), as outlined in the Military Summery video posted above with copies of updates of the constantly changing Ukrainian position on the incident.vvFish wrote: Thu Jan 25, 2024 8:31 pm

Where do you see the mountain of corpses here?

Good overview of the current situation (waiting for Trump?)
