InfoRe: Why does Pepperstone have (.a) at the end of tradable currency pairs?

2
The pairs with the .a are restricted leverage pairs that fall under the ASIC intervention limits.

Those pairs are limited to 30:1 for major currencies ie. EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD etc. and 20:1 for minor pairs such as GBPJPY, EURNZD, CADJPY and so forth.

Anything with a .a at the end are available to you to trade but are restricted leveraged pairs.
