I noticed 1 issue and that is that when the obv is the same as the main chart, the arrows are displayed and when the main chart and the obv are not the same, the arrows are not displayed.
Maybe this will help you.

But when I put two of them in a chart, (for the data of the same chart) only one of them shows arrows on the chart.

There is no bug
In indicator have arrow ID and this you must change in every instance of this indicator in your chart....
