Renko and constant range bars are great, but rather for automatic trading.
With manual trading, when a faster movement takes place, blocks can build up
so quickly that you won't have time to enter / exit the market at the appropriate moment.
The lack of time is a big disadvantage here.

For DE40 spreads could be low enough during the session 9:00 - 17:30 (Central European Time).
BTW, there are other interesting scripts, e.g. forming spread bars or constant volume bars.

Of course, if you like renko and are profitable using it, it's the most important thing.
