That is not repainting
That is how any multi time frame indicator must work on a higher time frame still opened bar (ie: it must updateall the bars of the current chart that bellong to the higher time frame still opened bar) - otherwise it would be repainting

Sorry but I do not understand the question
I have told multiple times that each symbol and time frame probably needs specific settings. There is no general solution. Please do some experimenting with the parameters and when you are seeing that visual inspection shows results that you are satisfied with, start using that settings for that symbol/time frame
