MACD is an unbound indicator (without a known minimum or maximum)
For that reason it is not suitable for the strength like comparisons (it can hugely mislead to compare some macd to value to some other macd value in order to determine its "strength")

First it needs to be rewritten (that is Laguerre rsi of Bulls power + Bears power - but the way it is written, it should be cleaned up before using it). Other than that it seems to be good (sauble) indicator adn once it is cleaned up it could benefit from mtf and alerts

Pacois, have this version has alerts but no mtf. Working on a better version, once done will post it with mtf.
