You can also gain a good overview how much a Pair moves by looking at the "%Change" on tradingview.
Paying attention to it for several days can give you a good idea what Pairs are volatile and which arent.

Comparing the ADR is also a valid way.

adr is good but god i hate tradingview they are so greedy & biggest ripoff..........

Nice honje, I'm glad it works for you 😊

As I trade the higher timeframes I find pairs like this are too unpredictable and the movement often comes out of knowhere.
