TMMS Oscillator (Trading Made More Simpler)
The TMMS oscillator (aka “Trading Made More Simpler”) is an indicator made of conditions based on both 2 separated Stochastic and 1 RSI.
- Bullish zone is green
- Bearish zone one is red
- When the histogram is grey, no signals are available at that time
The indicator shows the current trend of a
Hull moving average (slope).
- When the trend is up, green dots are plotted on the zero line.
- When the trend is down, the dots are colored in orange.
Not sure where this actually started but this is a simplified version of Swingman's from that other forum
TMMS Oscillator (Trading Made More Simpler) with Stochastic Momentum Index (SMI)
Added
SMI (Stochastic Momentum Index) with arrows and attempted to make it closer to Swingman's version, as far as the ability to change histogram types.
What is the Stochastic Momentum Index?
William Blau created the Stochastic Momentum Index (SMI) to offer a more dependable Stochastic indicator that is less prone to misleading fluctuations.
The SMI is an improved version of the Stochastic Oscillator, using a broader set of values and being more responsive to closing prices. It measures how far the current closing price is from the median of the high and low price range.
