Trend Indicators for MT4

Levels indicator apllied to price.

EDIT: for who download it and MTF is not working, I am upload new corrected version, I have bug in mtf calculation.

What indicator do?
Plots lots type of bands, for example bollinger bands(with different calculations like emas deviations, mean absolute dev, robust z-score etc)
There is also donchian percent channel, fibonacci percent channel.
Dynamic zones or floating levels channels.
All is based on prices, but there is also version with RSI.
