I've personally seen an engineering argument devolve into a fight, it was fascinating to observe. :D

The engineer is supposed to explain why it rumbles in the railway. Of course he is strictly logical. First, he looks at the locomotive. The noise doesn't come from there, so the locomotive can be neglected. In each car it rumbles the same, so the problem can be limited to one. The physicist listens again and the rumbling comes from below. So the superstructure can also be neglected. The substructure consists of axles and wheels. The axles must be well lubricated. Stay the wheels. The wheels can be described with good mathematical accuracy as circles. The circular area is Pi * R ^ 2. Pi is a constant that does not rumble. It can be assumed that after a while the radius is also constant. So you can eliminate both. What remains? The square! And that a square rumbles, is clear! ...
