After using a couple of programmer websites since 2007 and not finding anyone experienced enough, dependable, consistent, or with a quick turn around time, I've decided to check here to see if this person exists. MT4 and/or MT5.

I'm willing to sit down in person to do the projects, but am also open to on-line and phone communications. My projects are well described in written form and chart pictures, are typically not something that has been done before and are worthwhile doing. (Contract/1099.)
