I've converted the FixedChartScale indicator from MT4 to MT5 for those who have migrated to the newer platform. This indicator is particularly useful for users of XARD's system, as it helps ensure all Semafor dots and squares remain visible by maintaining consistent chart scaling.

The conversion was done with AI assistance, but I've tested it and confirmed it works properly. I wanted to share it with the community since I originally benefited from the MT4 version shared here.
