here you go...but I would stay away from MTF...will just use bigger periods i am not good at setting up higher settings in indicator, so i have adopted to multiple time frame analysis, mt4 had restrictions on default timeframes it provide, but now with mt5 more time frames are available for analysis.

You are right,
Atr adaptive versions are better then regular ma. Step OMA 2.3 mtf does a good job.
