maybe you have heard about REA (Reverse Engineer Anything)
it's a AI module that allows LLMs to reverse engineer almost anything
they will never copy code, rather learn how the program works, and then recreate something very very close
I think that's the end of EAs and indicators, unless they come up with something better to protect the codes !
I don't know how their encrypting works with these tools, or if they are protecting anything

Re: The End of Commercial Trading Tools?
3Before rea emerged, many domestic Chinese agent had already seen their agents compromised, such as dsh-purge.(github.com/HunYiSage/dsh-purge) Setting aside network defense and offense aspects, regarding EX5 files, to my knowledge, some individuals have claimed to be able to crack the licensing for all indicators and Expert Advisors (EAs) on the official MQL5 website. In China's largest EA discussion community, there are already people selling these cracking techniques. However, I am very optimistic about this. The EA authors in the discussion group are already working on countermeasures to respond, and new encryption authorization technologies are also evolving. All of this is the cost of technological progress. Both the spear and the shield will grow; there is no need to worry too much about this.
