Over the past few years, many of you have followed our work on
Azimuth Pro, The Oracle Pro and Meridian Pro. Today, we'd like to introduce
Astral: a nextgen family of analytical tools that lets you build your chart workspace around the way you trade.
Built on research. Designed to work together.
Astral combines established analytical methods with original algorithms, careful engineering and extensive development testing. Each module has a specific job and shares a familiar visual language with the others. You can use one independently or combine the readings your strategy needs.
The first five modules are available on the MQL5 Market:
- Astral Volume — tick-volume-weighted momentum, relative intensity and higher-timeframe context.
- Astral Structure — qualified structural setups, timeframe context and initial stop and target references.
- Astral Momentum — separate views of impulse and momentum, with higher-timeframe context and optional Instrument Strength.
- Astral Volatility — an innovative algorithm for reading relative price activity, direction and confirmed events while keeping the price chart clear.
- Astral Shift — confirmed local directional changes, support and resistance context, and the latest signal's analytical plan.
Start with the question your strategy needs to answer.
For example, Shift with Volume lets you compare a local directional change with tick-volume-weighted momentum. Structure with Volatility brings a setup and its levels together with a reading of market activity.
If you're learning technical analysis, one or two modules can give you a focused starting point. Experienced traders can combine three or four when each adds information their rules require. There is no requirement to use all five, and more indicators do not automatically make a better strategy.
This is also how we work at Merkava Labs: combine complementary analytical roles, define the trading rules, then test the strategy. These examples are combinations to investigate, not ready-made trading systems.
How does Astral fit alongside the Pro tools?
Azimuth Pro, The Oracle Pro and Meridian Pro retain their own specialist roles and can also be used together. Astral adds a coordinated family of focused modules. If you already use one of our tools, choose an Astral module when its particular reading adds something useful to your existing method.
