Go for only long when histogram is green and RSIOM is blue,
Go for only Shorts when histogram is red and RSIOM is red

Risk : Reward ratio 1:1.5 or 1:2,

During sideways market take confirmation of Higher timeframe, trade only in direction of HTF

If trading on 5 min chart, in sideways trade in direction of 15 min TF
