I added one more column to Vetis's indicator (post1295585975.html#p1295585975).
This was because I read that post by Xard (post1295586106.html#p1295586106), where he said: "Most days when I trade, I wait for the 2nd Sema2 dot before taking some meat off the bone. 'Don't be greedy, be consistent' is my mantra."
2nd Dot" is the big dot = So, the 2nd Sema2 is a big dot, without the arrows and the square.

2122Thanks for your work but accord my understanding the second dot is the one marked in the picture.Pelle wrote: Thu Sep 17, 2026 11:03 pm I added one more column to Vetis's indicator (post1295585975.html#p1295585975).

2123I just came to edit my post to say that the "2nd Dot" is the big dot.cladi53 wrote: Thu Sep 17, 2026 11:32 pm Thanks for your work but accord my understanding the second dot is the one marked in the picture.
The square Dot contains the small dot, the big dot, and the arrow dot.
The arrow dot contains the big dot and the small dot, etc.
Someone had even drawn a picture of that at some point; I can't find it right now.

2124the secuence is Square, then Arrow then 2nd dot, i dont understand when you said square contain all the othersPelle wrote: Thu Sep 17, 2026 11:38 pm I just came to edit my post to say that the "2nd Dot" is the big dot.

2125Since the size of a semaphore is additive, sema1 + sema2 + sema3 = sema4.cladi53 wrote: Thu Sep 17, 2026 11:54 pm the secuence is Square, then Arrow then 2nd dot, i dont understand when you said square contain all the others

2126You are mistaken, and Pelle is right.cladi53 wrote: Thu Sep 17, 2026 11:32 pm Thanks for your work but accord my understanding the second dot is the one marked in the picture.
In your graph, Sema 3 (arrow) is not visible, so it's impossible to determine the second point (Sema 2).
Furthermore, you've marked the first large point as point one and the others as the second point. This is also an error. The second point is simply the second point... The one before it is the first point, and the one after that is the third point.
If we strictly followed what Xard777 said (enter at the second point (sema 2)), we could only enter after the arrow at the second point of sema 2 and we couldn't enter anywhere else.
Can we enter somewhere else? Of course, my explanation is only for the specific example... You can enter at any second point: the second arrow, the second large point, and the second small point (with different take profits)... You can also enter in continuation, going back to the example: you enter at the second large point and then re-enter at the other points following the trend, the fourth point, the sixth point, etc. (each time with a greater risk of exhausting the trend).
Right now I don't have time to explain it with a chart. If you don't understand, let me know and I'll upload the explanation with a diagram later.
PS: Pelle is also right that each sema contains all the semas below it.
Re: 🔺 MT5 XARD - Simple Trend Following Trading System
2128Yes Pelle for my undestanding that is correct secuense. A lot of people understand the arrow after the square is correc entry point and maybe but i see better entryes with that secuense First appears the square, then we wait for the arrow and then we wait for big dot.

2130I have 12 years of trede, I fallow Xart from the geginning. I undrstand the better entryes are when Square appears we wait for arrow and late we wait for big dot. Maybe you have your own style.vikxel wrote: Fri Sep 18, 2026 12:54 am You are mistaken, and Pelle is right.
