Added Arrows when RSI cross stepMA( and changed the alerts to this state too )
and menu for change width of RSI line.

Sorry, I want to change value of RSi not width

If depth of rsi is changed, StepMA and RSI both values are changed, is it possible to change RSI value without changeing StepMA value

This is PA adaptive version and period is handled by this adaptivenes, it is not possible,
Try search non-adaptive version and if it is not avalaible, I will trying made one version...

It's channel signal, perhaps TMA band break signal... it Repaints/Recalculates...

Under the current chart timeframe, this indicator is non-repainting. That said, it does include Multi-Timeframe (MTF) logic. If it looks at a higher timeframe and doesn't properly handle the bars that are still open, you might see a visual illusion of "repainting"—technically, this is called MTF lag confirmation.
Essentially, it judges the current trend by comparing the MA values of three consecutive bars.
