Looks very good. I was looking at GPU lately as i only have 4GB VRAM and it was running tiny models with dreadful experience gemma3:4b-it-q4.
You mentioned RX 7900XX 24GB - its not cuda based. As lately was reading most model support CUDA better. It looks like not crazy expensive like other GPUs
- is it running without any workaround smoothly?
- would you have picked any other GPU based on your experience so far ?

The Data is coming in fast, and my GPU temp is sitting comfortably around 44-45°C.

Right now, I'm running DeepSeek-V3 (Cloud) + Gemma3:12B (Local). When DeepSeek-V4 drops, I'll add that to the mix. The Trinity High Council will then consist of:

DS4 (Analyst)

DS3 (Verifier - Cloud)

G3:12B (Executive - Local)

...plus the Guardian Overwatch for cognitive monitoring.

HomeLAB v4.2 is self-repairing, self-aware — both of itself and its data feed.
How the Feed Works

I run a live MT5 JSON feed directly to Common/Files (standard MT5 practice — no need for users to alter the feed). HomeLAB picks up the feed and places it inside the MT5 Bridge Panel for the Genome.

However, this is not a raw feed — it has already been TRIT-Clipped at the MT5 side before sending. This significantly reduces the calculation load.
That same feed is also picked up by the XU AI (Gemma3:12B) for its own analysis. The AI Analysis + Genome feed remain in perfect sync in terms of market awareness.
Guardian Overwatch
The Guardian monitors both the XU AI Analysis and the Genome for signs of hallucination or communication errors.
The best-performing Genomes are harvested, stored in champion.dat, and reused upon HomeLAB startup — ensuring the system gets smarter over time.

XARD: I will pick up the new Intel B70 32GB VRAM gpu when it's released on 24th this month and use that as dedicated gpu for G4:26B MoE and keep my 7900XTX 24GB gpu dedicated for MT5 use + cap both GPUs so the don't spike above my 1100 watt PSU -- with 18gb used for G4 loading leaving 14GB for workflow is the goldilocks setup -- DS4 should drop by then and a month or two later the Ryzen 9 10950X Zen 6 "Medusa" 24-core backbone. 48 threads of raw parallel power cpu's should drop and that will work with my 75" 8K tv -- yours truly will be golden and happy as a pig in shit:-))))
