Have you setup your MT5 on Apple M4 mini yet?
If so how are you running MT5 on it?

I’m considering doing the same as you but I’m concerned with issues getting MT5 running on it .

Thank you in advance
Barry
Im on mac with the M2 pro, has plenty of power until it comes to MT5, its a complete headache but i make it work. Getting it installed on stuff was fine, I already Wine anyway but pretty sure the MT5 for mac come with the wine bottler application so its all automatically done when you open MT5. I couldn't get it to connect to my broker and you have to just make sure you do some digging to make sure your inidicators go in the correct folder which previously it used to look for windows C: drive but now Ive found that its a bit better as long as you can find the folder under users/library etc - then it starts with com.meta on mine.

Previously I used to use Crossover but its a yearly subscription - if your profitable from trading its nothing. I took a year away from Meta stuff and switched soley to tradingview just going back to price action only but I'm really interested in testing out these systems again especially since they were updated a ton of times since I was last using Xard and the older Beatle systems. I never really traded them and also since im not using crossover anymore so MT4 doesn't work.

I used to trade the ATS master pattern mostly, with some theory from BTMM and i can do that in tradingview but now Im really trying to get these systems to work for me. Still getting loads of glitches and stuff but it seems to be the same issues the windows guys are having too. So yea, its doable just acts a bit weird sometimes!

On the attached graph, BIAS is bearish in M4, bullish in M15 & H1, but market keeps going Up with blue background on M4... i am lost
Yea i posted a similar question the other day, Blue and Red are just below or above opening price it seems? Ive removed the background but hasnt made any difference to my trading lol... So does it mean we only take long positions if we are above opening price and vice versa for shorts? I've read all the PDFs but still struggling a bit.

I am only focusing on directional trading, if I see price is above VWAP, then I will only take a buy trade when candle turn blue and exit when either I got RR 1:5 or candle flip below Alligator. I literally ignore everything else.

Honestly, I don’t know about you, but I try to steer clear of those indicators that look perfect based on past data. They can be tricky.
