First the Ramstein monthly meeting and now the annual Munich Security Conference in Germany and Zelenky receives another 3 Billion to which he says ‘thank you very much but that paltry sum won’t last the month, dig deeper’.
He also said that now that he has the money safely in his pocket all that talk of his wanting peace was now out the window and it’s back to business as usual.
He reiterated that no matter how many Ukrainians die he will never give up that last 15% of the Donbas for peace to which the European audience gave a huge sigh of relief and another standing ovation.
Merz at the conference said that the US was ‘not powerful enough to go it alone’, though was not able to suggest any European country able to provide any real assistance to the US. Maybe he was actually thinking of Russia?
US Sec of State Marco Rubio should tell us in his speech this morning, but whatever he says I doubt it will earn him a standing ovation

"Only the price on the chart can show the entrance to the deal..."
Oh, news from the Munich Security Conference and it will take the Russians 4 years to reach Kiev at the rate they’re going but they will also somehow be marching on Berlin by 2030.
And if there was suddenly a peace deal in Ukraine then the threat to western Europe will actually ‘increase’, not decrease, according to our politicians. Oh again, so that’s why they’re all so desperate for the Ukraine war to continue, now it makes, err, sense.
But unfortunately it does if you consider that our European leaders really do want a war with Russia.
The Russians are dying in their gazillions on the battlefield and those not dead yet are running around trying to catch pigeons in a desperate bid to not stare to death, we are also told. Confused?
Listening to our politicians and organisational heads (all hand picked by the western globalist oligarchy) you realise with a shock that they really are driving us into a major European war with Russia.
Everything they say is to justify a war and is preparing the population for that war.
The European elite need a big war and the sooner the better.
A major war with Russia guarantees US involvement (not actually automatically true any longer) and of course with US involvement the west will win (not actually automatically true any longer) and then the European elite can save themselves once they get their share of Russia's natural assets.
I viewed the idea that our leaders really did want a war with Russia before this Munich conference as ridiculous, but not now. Go and watch Starmer and Merz and Rutte and all the others, it’s the same message, all in lockstep.
The alternative to war is to reset relations with Russia, an acceptance that the cause of the Ukraine war was NATO expansion, and a return to using Russian energy that’s a third of the price of US imports.
But that would also mean our politicians admitting they were wrong which would end their careers, and so that’s not going to happen.
European economies and societies are collapsing, the cause of this is the actions of our politicians but they need to blame someone else while also needing a war to reset the economy and society, and to also do away with democracy in order to usher in a new era of authoritarianism. A political system like the Chinese has, none of this messy voting nonsense where the stupid masses keep trying to elect the wrong people.
The only bright spot at the Munich conference was Rubio indicating that Europe was heading the wrong way in general and that the US was not going to follow or support.
Links below and our Ursula decides the need for unanimous votes is outdated while Kaja reveals she has absolutely no idea how NATO works.
Starmer reverses Brexit. Prepares for war with Russia.

Last day of talks today and no one expects anything to happen so all a waste of time really.
Zelensky won’t stop while he still expects money to flow from Europe despite the fact that the supply of equipment and missiles has dried up, it was always all about the raw money.
The US has indicated that Europe will have trouble buying US missiles to give to Ukraine in the future as they all will be needed in the middle east. Europe themselves only have a piddling supply coming off their own production lines.
Due to lack of air defence missiles Ukraine is paying US and Dutch ex air force pilots to fly their F-16s in western Ukraine to try to shoot down incoming drones so depleting the air to air missile stock to save what's left of the ground to air missiles.
On the battlefronts and the Ukrainian counter offensive in the Zaporozia region seems to be fading and still a strange lack of any video evidence to back claims of ground gained. They are definitely sending groups into Russian areas but there is uncertainty as to how many and if there are enough to actually hold any territory.
Meanwhile the Russians are on the offensive and moving forward in the cities of Kupiansk and Konstantinovka and in the Kharkov oblast moving towards Kharkov city.
Amusingly the NYT in an article last week revealed that Ukraine still held the cities of Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad and Huliapole. Even the Ukraine military mapping site Deepstate shows them being under Russian control and they’re notorious for being months out of date when it comes to Russian advances.
Equally amusingly Deepstate mappers can’t show the claimed recent Ukrainian gains in Zaporozia because they never showed the area as having been captured by the Russians in the first place.
