What is normalization?

When an indicator is normalized, it is effectively constrained by levels that establish boundaries for assessing limits, which can be understood as areas of Oversold and Overbought conditions.

For example, the RSI is bound by a maximum of 0 (bottom) and 100 (top). The default levels of 30 and 70 are what's shown by default, but you can adjust those levels with a limit of 100 and 0.
