Do you really need a notebook ?

just for info i run MT5 on a mini Forum PC with Celeron CPU J4125 @2Ghz & 12 Go RAM and 2xhdmi outputs (only for trading), and it is okay with 1 x 4K display with 6xMT5 windows. just to say you have many choices of CPU & RAM to use on the market, i would say my config is the minimal config to play with. It depends if you would use your computer only for trading or anything else. i plan to use a vps though to be able to scale and have an H24 config less exposed to network or power failure.

use RSI and or TDI to help you
(but flat market is not a trader's friend - nore small candles/volumes)

in your case i would say one would have opened long position on blue candle after green dot, and placed an SL under Green dot (depending on SL size, it may not have been touched)

Updated chart -- See Below

I am not trading this weekend, I bought a book -- VWAP WAVE SYSTEM by Chris Drysdale
I will read it over the weekend and hopefully it will fill in the missing pieces.

Chris Drysdale has a lot of YT Vids showing How to trade VWAP + Auction Market Theory

Candles (Trend Signal)

Dodger Blue: Bullish / Buy Trend

This color appears when the fast moving average (d60) is above the slow moving average (d500) .

Deep Pink: Bearish / Sell Trend

This color appears when the fast moving average (d60) is below the slow moving average (d500) .

Trend Lines (Moving Averages)

Lime Green: Fastest Moving Average (d60)

Represents an 8-period Double Smoothed EMA.

Forest Green: Fast Moving Average (d80)

Represents a 13-period Double Smoothed EMA.

Dark Violet: Slow Trend Baseline (d500)

Represents a 500-period Double Smoothed EMA. This is a major trend filter.

Purple: Slowest Trend Baseline (d600)

Dynamic Support & Resistance

Dark Khaki (Dotted Line): "Scout" Line

This is a dynamic level calculated using the fast d80 line plus a volatility shift (ATR). It often acts as a trailing stop or immediate support/resistance.

Dark Khaki (Solid Line): "King" Line

This is a dynamic level calculated using the slow d500 line plus a volatility shift (ATR). It acts as a major support/resistance level.
