Overal yes with proper programming practices and optimizations could work on a regular basis on a hi end CPU.

I did not notice any advantage over classic rsi, stoch and cci .

So if your goal is
a) to assist you in trading then : no
b) just researching when there is nothing better to do then : is ok to waste your time on it
