Delta Volume Bubble Indicator (once again)



The indicator shows colored volume bubbles on the price chart with statistically significant deviations in volume or volume delta.

Big Bullish bubbles signal Heavy Buying pressure, while Bearish bubbles signal aggressive Selling activity.

What is particularly powerful about these signals is that their size is dynamically controlled with respect to the Z-Score intensity and not with preset limits.


One of the most realistic signals is that of absorption detection. When a very large volume bubble appears but the candle body stays small, it can be an index that aggressive market orders are being absorbed by passive limit orders.

The bubble placement is also determined with the true VWAP placed inside the candle; in other words, the indicator plots the bubble in the space where the most volume was traded on this particular bar. This establishes highly accurate reference levels frequently used as future support or resistance during retests.
