I have made two adjustments just now, can you check if you are able to access the site? I'm trying to revert some certain settings until we can get it right.

Ok, I've just tested it on Chrome (Incognito and normal) both Latvia and Germany options working, but Latvia is faster.

How's the site running now, good?
