No, I have seen other indicators with instead of one neutral line color there is two. One for weak bull and weak bear. That would be cool! If you see on the picture I have it on MTF at 4H on a M15 timeframe and the neutral lines set to none. If they're were two separate colors for weak trends it would be even better for MTF.
