Exactly as you wrote for example on 5 min if you choose 1h higher TF u will have dots from 1h on 5 minutes tf chart. For example when u have arrow on 4 min down u check 1 h oracle if it's red and then 4 m oracle if it's red an enter a trade and u trade in this direction all the time until u see opposite arrow (that's a warning) and if 1 h oracle changes to blue + sema up + 4 m up u trade in the other direction .
U can scalp too so then u exit when colors don't " agree".
