There is nothing to turn on as all the Supply and Demand zones I show on my charts are drawn by hand, ;)

I have downloaded "Millionaire Maker" as instructed by you in the post. however, there are some elements missing on my trading screen, I have attached the screenshot if you or anyone can help to solve this issue.

It looks like it has been switched off. The button for the indicator is the grey button on the bottom left of the chart. Click it to toggle the indicator.

Make sure your indicator settings match these:
