Re: The FNC Greedy System

Helo again Funchi,

I look into your latest MT4 FNC Greedy, but FNC_2ndDot.ex4 didn't give me signal like FNC_2ndDot.ex5 in your Greedy MT5.
I tried with combination of FNC_Semafor_v1.ex4 in database, but still didn't give same signal. (left pic vs right pic). I searched into your old system MT4 and I found it. FNC_2ndDot_v2.ex4. But unfortunately it can't add to latest FNC_DB. Please need your help recreate FNC_2ndDot_v2.ex4 so it can be added to latest FNC_DB. Thanks.

Please I also need your help to create signal for extra confirmation from this great two:

1. XU v004-RSIOMA+XUHISTO from xard v-004 post1295530818.html#p1295530818
Long condition if candle closed > 50 (above midline) (RSI line is green) and histogram below is also green
Short condition if candle closed < 50 (below midline) (RSI line is red) and histogram below is also red

2. jurik volty bands (separate) 1.2.ex4 from
post1295540584.html#p1295540584 Long condition if histogram is green
Short condition if histogram is red
This version give more averages option than jurik volty bands average BT 1.1. already in latest database.

Many thanks.

Just for clarification:
If the operating environment differs, such as the broker, the display of the Semafor can change.
This is directly affected if the location of the High/Low peaks is different.

First, I would like to make an alternative suggestion.
With the appropriate parameter settings, "FNC_2ndDot" can behave almost the same.
Please refer to the "FNC_2ndDot" section under "About FNC_Indicators" in post #1 for guidance on how to configure the parameters.
If you set the "Target Small Dot from count #" or "Target Extra-small Dot from count #" parameters to zero, those dots will not be checked.

Could you please explain in a bit more detail, especially regarding "candle closed > 50"?

I’m not familiar with this indicator, so I’d like to confirm something.
Aren’t "Jurik Volty Bands Average BT 1.1" and "Jurik Volty Bands (separate) 1.2" essentially providing the same information, just presented differently?
In fact, doesn’t the "Average" version offer more options?

Also, could you please post the template you always use?

Helo Funchi, thanks.
I tried with many parameters, but still didn't give me same signal. I am using same account(same broker) to test. What parameter should I need to input if I just want signal every 2nd Small Dot and will stay there until opposite Small Dot. Like the old version. (I don't want to check extra-small dot).

FiveS: When indicator line above middle line (50) will change to green, you also may take as signal. Or wait both line and histogram are green.

FiveS: Yes I lke adxvma moving average in Jurik Volty Bands (separate) 1.2. this average is not available in Jurik Volty Bands Average BT 1.1. Thats behind my request.

Both are give me good signal for confirmation.
If your time permits. I also like anchored VWAP. Signal of 2nd DOT come from below (to buy) or above (to sell) are good and give me larger move. Appreciate if you can include AVWAP to your FNC database.

XU-VWAP3.ex4

XU v65m-XARD UNIVERSE.ex4

I’m not familiar with your trading rules, so a more specific explanation would be very helpful.
To be honest, I’m also not very familiar with the indicator itself, so unless I have a clear and precise explanation, I won’t be able to make it work as intended.

“Count #” is a filter used when displaying signals, based on how many times a dot has appeared.

For example,
if you set “Target Small Dot from count #” to 2 and “Target Small Dot to count #” to 5,
a signal will not appear on the first Small 2nd Dot.
However, signals will appear from the second to the fifth Small 2nd Dot.

Furthermore,
if “Extra-small Dot” is also enabled,
then the conditions for that dot must also be met for a signal to appear, just like with Small Dots.

If “Extra-small Dot” is not enabled,
then the appearance of Extra-small Dots has no effect on signals.

As for the old version, I don’t remember exactly,
but I believe “Start bar” was set to zero.
Setting it to zero will make the signals visually line up with the Semafor dots, in my opinion.

See the pic. I wait for first 2nd dot. When 2nd dot appears then I take attention. Once candle closed turn red, confirm with sub indicators , you take entry. AVWAP helping me to see where is 2nd dot position related to big arrow.
For my opinion, better entry if below AVWAP line. But again, nothing 100% accurate. You must consider many things before taking entries in this hard forex world.

You can repeat this on every 2nd dot appears.
I hope this will help you clear understand.

fIVEs,

Please have a look at this. From the image below, the jurik volty bands indicator comes with arrows that I enabled on a M30 timeframe. Can you see how it appeared beside the blue and pink dots? I couldn't enable the arrows from the template you shared.
