Re: WW3 Countdown
1779Huge false flag event coming as western European countries line up to declare they will shoot down Russian jets if they enter their air space. Given that the recent 20 Russian decoy drones flying into Poland was a Ukrainian false flag op that didn’t even fool Trump the temptation to go one up will be too high to resist.
The Europeans really, really need this war to continue which is why they keep encouraging Ukraine and the US to escalate at every opportunity as the core of their ‘peace’ initiatives. If the war stops the Americans will leave Europe, finally after 75 years of babysitting, and a huge income stream will be lost to the bankrupt Europeans.
Some commentators are seeing a change in Russian drone tactics. Recently Russia launched over 600 long range drones in a night but they weren't aimed at the industrial centres of Ukrainian cities as usual but attacked all along the actual battlefronts. Maybe a short term change or may indicate a major shift in tactics with much more emphasis on progressing the Russian army’s advance into Ukrainian territory.
Ukraine has very little air defence left with the US no longer supplying patriot missiles so other than 50 cal machine gun fire there is not much else to stop the incoming drones.
It has also been noted that Ukraine seems to have withdrawn all their artillery pieces to behind the Dnipro river (’to save them’) and are just using short range drones on the actual battlefronts.
Interesting video below gives a summary of a ‘star studded panel of historians’ (2 western, 2 Ukrainian, all pro-Ukrainian) discussing the possible outcomes for Ukraine in this conflict. The debate was titled "What Will Historians Consider a Ukrainian Victory?"
But it turned out that there was little realistic support for the idea of any kind of a possible victory for Ukraine at all and the historians went on to look at what a Ukrainian defeat might look like based on previous models, Vietnam, Korea and Finland (full defeat, armistice or submissive neutrality).
The pro Ukrainian US think tank the Institute for the Study of War says that ‘Russia has reportedly been forming a strategic reserve from new recruits since July 2025. A Russian insider source that has constantly provided accurate reports about changes in the Russian military command stated on September 21st that roughly 292,000 people signed contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense. Between the start of 2025 and September 15th, an average of 7,900 per week or 31,600 per month’.
This is a change of tune for the ISW who have typically parroted Ukrainian propaganda on high Russian casualties and low recruitment numbers as have all western organisations.
