It is not a triangle indicator. It is the Legacy of Gann indicator. I have the paid version, but there is a "cracked" version on the forum and the internet. Just search. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that the cracked version will work with the latest version of MT4. Try.
Also, there are no settings to change other than the button position and the colours to your liking. Here are my settings.

It appears to be setting up to trap a few retail traders (push up) and then drop significantly. However, I am not in it and will rather wait to see what the price action looks like on Tuesday and Wednesday (mid-week reversal).
