Hi there - delta volume levels are institutional levels, traditionally used by banks and edge funds to identify possibly smart money interventions in the price action. They will be removed in the next version that will be released soon. As I checked the Oracle settings, I did not find any option for this MORPH so I guess it is something which is or will be available only in a paid version of Oracle or in a future update?
